Refund policy

We want you to love your jewellery, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.

How to Request a Refund

  • Notify Me: You must notify me of your intent to return the item within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact me on the contact us page or email me at kijodesigns@outlook.com to initiate the process.
  • Return the Item: Once you’ve notified me and I have approved the refund, the item must be returned within 14 days. I will send you the return address and you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a refund, the jewellery must be returned in its original, condition. If your item is damaged please send a picture and once I approve the return please send the item to the return address. Ensure all the components of the broken/damaged item is included in the return. 

Refund Process

I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and issue your refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me at kijodesigns@outlook.com.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I do accept return on damaged items provided you notify me WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving your item. Also, ensure that you are sending back all the pieces of the item if it is broken. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are non-refundable such as earrings, because of hygienic reasons.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
